Delegate rates apply to all those attending the conference technical sessions including sponsor representatives (except for complimentary attendances as specified in the sponsorship agreement). Delegate rates include all conference technical sessions, day-catering, and attendance at the Welcome Function, Happy Hours, NZ Dinner, and 'First Step' Gala Dinner.

Accompanying person rates apply to the partners and spouses of delegates. Included is attendance at the Welcome Function, Happy Hours, NZ Dinner, and 'First Step' Gala Dinner. Accompanying persons are also invited to attend each afternoon from 3.00pm including afternoon tea and the Sponsor Symposia.
